Already laws are being passed in some states making it tougher, in other countries backed by the United Nations UNODC is Actively Prosecuting hundreds of cases worldwide. (and that can’t be easy..) Support the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. They are the only ones who can prosecute effectively for multi-country crimes against humanity or human rights violations! ]
