Well, now, isn’t this a fine cup of tea, and an embarrassment for all women?
While I want to Thank Ann Coulter for standing up for women everywhere today, I would also like to tell her to grow up. Since when did grown adults speaking at a conference make snide remarks about a persons appearance?
Ms. Coulter must not have been put in time out much as a child, or she would have learned better manners and how to get her points across with a little more class.
Then her application of a term, I can’t/won’t repeat about our former president is not only rude and shows a lack of creativity, language skills and class on her part in addition, I can only surmise she doesn’t know what it means because that is a term that first needs to be defined by her political party. The GOP has two stances on rape, that I’ve heard over the last year:
1. Women have some magical way to twitch our nose and not become pregnant.
2. Since we are required by their *moral* belief to keep the offspring of such actions, I can only surmise there has been no such thing as a rape
Wikipedia defines it as thus: “The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority or with a person who is incapable of valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, or below the legal age of consent. The term is most often defined in criminal law.“
The bible it’s only rape if the girl is a virgin? I’ll plead the fifth on this one by just saying. I can’t believe it, but I actually agree with Piers Morgan.
